CelebritiesBuzz.co has chanced upon a video on Facebook—in which Dancehall star Stonebwoy happens to be interviewed on BBC World.
In the short video, Stonebwoy was asked what his thought was on the influx of foreign songs in the Ghanaian market.
And in response, the Baafira hitmaker expressed his displeasure on the fact that Ghanaian media houses play too much of foreign songs leaving their very own—the Ghanaian music.
Stoneb made his point clearer that he thinks it’ll be ok if Ghanaians emulate the Nigerians—that is, supporting our own thing before others.
His answer goes a very long way in supporting Shatta Wale’s number 1 goal.
The African Dancehall King over the years has been waging endless war against media houses play too much of foreign songs leaving our very own ones untouched.
